Refund policy
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@mimakids.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our returns process.
Returns
If you change your mind about your mima product and wish to return it for a full refund, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us at sales@mimakids.com within this period. The product must be returned in the same conditions as it was found in the box, including all interior plastic bags. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for returns due to a change of opinion, as stated in our return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of the product and the original shipping costs, but not the return shipping costs.
Warranty
Please refer to your product user manual which details the full warranty conditions. Summarized: The warranty is valid for 24 months starting on the date of purchase for strollers and high chairs. The warrany is valid for 12 months on the date of purchase for zoom Lite. The warranty is valid for 6 months on the date of purchase for flo. After the warranty period, your authorized mima service repair center may charge you a fee for parts and labor to repair your mima product.
All product warranties shall not be honored if presented to a retailer outside of the country where the product was purchased. For the purpose of clarity, this warranty is not worldwide or universal. The warranty only covers the original owner of the product and cannot be transferred to any subsequent owner. Claims will not be honored if incorrect usage has resulted in damages to the product, nor if said damages were made by an airline.
After Sales Queries
Should you receive a faulty product, the wrong color product, or a product with missing pieces, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery via email to sales@mimakids.com. If you need to repair or replace a piece of your mima product, please email sales@mimakids.com for further assistance.
