+ kobi

[as-accordion clicktoclose=true tag=h5]
[as-accordion-item title=”When using kobi in double or twin mode, how do I use the carrycot and seat?”]Always place the heavier child in the upper seat. When using a carrycot and a seat unit, always place the carrycot in the lower position and ensure that the upper seat unit is facing forwards. When two seat units are in use, always place both seats facing forwards.[/as-accordion-item]
[as-accordion-item title=”Can I fold kobi with the seat/carrycot attached?”]kobi can be folded when the seat is in the upright position and facing forwards. Never fold the pushchair if you are using the carrycot or two seat units.[/as-accordion-item]
[as-accordion-item title=”Can I use two car seats with kobi?”]Yes. Two mother-facing Besafe iZi Go or mima iZi Go car seats can be used with kobi.[/as-accordion-item]
[as-accordion-item title=”Can I use a car seat and a seat unit?”]No, this configuration is not possible because the heaviest child must always occupy the upper seat unit. Unfortunately there is not enough room for both a car seat and a seat unit.[/as-accordion-item]

+ moon

[as-accordion clicktoclose=true tag=h5]
[as-accordion-item title=”How long can my child use moon?”]Your child can use moon in the newborn lounger mode from birth up to 6 months. High chair mode is perfect for children aged up to approximately 36 months and the junior chair mode is suitable for children weighing up to 45kg. When in junior mode, ensure that the chair is in the lowest position. Cushions for the junior chair are sold separately. Always remove the footrest when using moon in junior mode.[/as-accordion-item]
[as-accordion-item title=”How do I use moon in the newborn lounger position?”]By reclining the lounger and using the baby headrest (sold separately), the perfect angle for newborn babies is created. The cushion underneath should be attached to the upper velcro strip, thereby creating a snug and supportive area for your newborn child. Do not use the tray with moon in newborn lounger mode.[/as-accordion-item]
[as-accordion-item title=”How do I attach the footrest?”]Support your child’s feet while using moon in high chair mode. The footrest (sold separately) is easily attached to the seat unit by sliding the white connecting piece onto the bar and clicking into place. Secure with the screw. Next, take the footrest and simply align the two prongs and push until you hear a click. Simultaneously press the buttons on the side to raise and lower the footrest. To remove, simultaneously press the two buttons located on the underside of each prong and pull outwards. Always remove the footrest when using moon in junior mode.[/as-accordion-item]
[as-accordion-item title=”How do I clean the chair?”]When the chair is dirty after use, a quick wipe down with a baby wipe will get rid of any trace of mess! If grease, chocolate or ketchup is spilled on the seat, it’s best to try and remove it all before it dries. To remove such stains, the best thing to do is to wipe the area with a cloth which has been soaked in a mixture of lukewarm water and a pH neutral soap.[/as-accordion-item]

+ iZi Go

[as-accordion clicktoclose=true tag=h5]

[as-accordion-item title=”What kind of protection does the canopy offer?”]Babies are very vulnerable to the sun’s UV rays and it is therefore always wise to protect them. The iZi Go sun canopy with 50 UVA protection can offer full or partial shade, and folds down easily into the shell of the seat. On very sunny days make sure that the baby wears further sun protection. [/as-accordion-item]
[as-accordion-item title=”How long can I use the iZi Go?”]The car seat may be used until the baby’s head reaches beyond the upper part of the seat. It is not a problem if the feet or legs lay outside of the seat structure. If the baby is lying at an angle of less than 90º, the seat should not be used for more than 2 hours.[/as-accordion-item]
[as-accordion-item title=”Do the magnets pose any danger?”]Magnets inside both the harness and the side of iZi Go help to give you more room when moving baby in and out of the seat. They may affect electronic equipment such as pacemakers. The magnets pose no threat to the child. Similar magnets can be found in many infant toys.[/as-accordion-item]

+ bo

[as-accordion clicktoclose=true tag=h5]
[as-accordion-item title=”What materials is bo made from?”]The materials for bo have been carefully selected to provide a mixture of comfort, hygiene and elegant aesthetics. As well as the leather-look material, bo further features a special, micro-perforated fabric that runs through the centre of the seat in order to help the buggy to breathe.[/as-accordion-item]
[as-accordion-item title=”How do I clean the buggy?”]Baby wipes help leave bo in perfect condition. You can clean with a damp cloth and a pH neutral cleaning agent before leaving to dry naturally.[/as-accordion-item]
[as-accordion-item title=”What should I do if bo has a wrinkled appearance?”]If the canopy, accessories or seat become wrinkled or creased after the buggy has been folded for a long period of time, simply iron the fabric on the reverse side. Be sure to place a damp cloth between the iron and the fabric.[/as-accordion-item]
[as-accordion-item title=”A handbrake tip”]Did you know that if you engage the handbrake you can then stand bo upright against a wall?[/as-accordion-item]
